LaRue at The Commons is a second concept for Maitre Chocolatier and owner of LaRue Fine Chocolate, Elizabeth Logan McDaniel. When McDaniel opened her first location in The Village of West Greenville in 2020 she began playing around with small batch craft ice cream creations like creme fraiche with cherries and lemon zest with olive oil which quickly became customer favorites.
